Pulitzer Prize Winner-A short List

The  Pulitzer Prize  is an award for achievements in newspaper , magazine  and online   journalism , literature , and music composition  in the United States. Prizes are awarded yearly in twenty-one categories. In twenty of the categories, each winner receives a certificate and a U.S. $15,000 cash award (raised from $10,000 in 2017) In this year winners are (Relevant Information only) Fiction Prize -  Andrew Sean Greer’s “Less” has won the Pulitzer Prize for fiction. Greer’s novel tells the comic story of a middle-aged novelist.  Drama- Cost of Living, by Martyna Majok. History- The Gulf: The Making of an American Sea, by Jack E. Davis (Liveright/W.W. Norton). Biography- Prairie Fires: The American Dreams of Laura Ingalls Wilder, by Caroline Fraser (Metropolitan Books).
